Rwanda Expedition 2013

On 11th June 2013 9 pupils and 6 staff from Cedars School, 30 iPads, 15 suitcases of resources, and equipment to network 2 schools and a charity centre will travel to Rwamagana in eastern Rwanda for a 14 day voluntary service trip. Pupils will work with a charity called “Aid for Education” on a range of different projects in the local community as well as training staff, teachers and students on how to use the iPad and the internet for educational and administrative functions.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Sarah and Douglas Kakooza, founders of the charity we are working with in Rwanda, who have just had their first child - a little baby girl!

Welcome to Lois Ingabire (pron. inga-bee-ray) Kakooza born sat 22nd June at 11:10pm. All well!
