Pancake Breakfast!
Continuing in our fundraising efforts, we held a pancake and crepe breakfast on Tuesday 18th December. It was a great success and we raised just over £100 - thanks to everyone who supported it! A big thank you is especially due to Jacqueline for organising and managing everything.

Bake Sale
We held a bake sale in the school to begin the fundraising process for the Rwanda expedition. Pupils, parents and friends baked a fantastic range of cakes and treats - thank you to all who contributed.
Pupils in P7 - S3 helped by decorating over 50 gingerbread men biscuits in a range of designs:
Some of the senior pupils made 'Top Hats' as well as attempting some pancakes in order to contribute to what was on offer... It was a good effort!
Expedition participants manned the stall at the information evening on Thursday 6th and members of the School Council took over in shifts during the morning of Friday 7th.
The sale was a very well supported and everyone enjoyed what was on offer. In total the sale raised £210 - thank you to all who supported it!

Information Evening
We held an information evening on Thursday 6th December for pupils and parents of those interested in taking part in our proposed Rwanda Expedition 2013.
The evening was well attended and very informative. Sarah and Douglas Kakooza who run the charity we will be working with in Rwanda were also at the meeting to answer any questions and fill in some specific details.
